Ode to the Library
So I spent six straight hours in the library today. I had to study for my physiology test. I did not see daylight from 10:30 am until 4:30 pm. When you spend that long sitting somewhere you kind of bond with it. I was on the 5th floor in a cubicle along the wall. In that small space in the uncomfortable chair I did some of my best studying. My experiences in the library are varried. Usually they entail me falling asleep at some point, only to wake up with my face stuck to page 103 of the physiology text book. I study in the cubicles now because that is the only place I can concentrate. I used to study at the large study tables but I soon discovered the dynamics of the different areas. Periodicals is on the second floor. When you go there you have to walk down the aisle a long ways till you get to a table and everyone pretty much is checking each other out. I'm serious, it happens. The third floor is really loud because that is the main floor. People also go there to meet people and check each other out. The fourth floor is ok, but sometimes loud. The fifth also has a lot of study tables so you're sure to see someone there also. I have gotten over the novelty of studying at a table. And the awkward way you have to sit diagonally from someone so you can sit with them while actually not encroaching on their space. Basically, I go to the cubicles to avoid people. It is my own little space and when I spend all day there I become one with it. I'm trying to find out if I can rent one and have it to use permanently. Well now I must go back up to the library to study for another test. More bonding...

Blogs
So I joined my roommates, Monica and Jenn, and got a blog. Who knows how much I will be on this or if it will be interesting, but I hope it will be entertaining to you as much as it is to me...
